What we collect

When you contact us, subscribe to the newsletter, apply for a scholarship, or enroll in a workshop, we collect the information you submit: name, email, phone (optional), and the content of your message or application. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

To respond to you, deliver workshop access, review scholarship applications, and — only if you subscribed — send the newsletter. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Retention & access

Form submissions are stored on our server so we don't lose your message. Email info@promptbossacademy.com to request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting page analytics to understand which content helps people. No advertising trackers.
